Cancellation and refunds

One rule, and two exceptions to it.

Cancelling returns nothing

Bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel, you get no money back, whatever the notice. Ninety days before your stay and the morning of it are the same answer.

There is no sliding scale, no partial refund and no credit note. Your dates came off sale when you booked them, and that is what you paid for.

Cancelling still helps

Your dates go back on sale the moment you cancel, so somebody else may be able to use them. Cancel from your booking page with your reference and the email you booked with, and we will email you a confirmation.

Force majeure

If the property cannot host you because of a typhoon, a road closure, a government order or anything else of that kind, we refund everything you paid in full. You do not need to ask and you do not need to argue.

A refund of a card or e-wallet payment goes back the way it came. A refund of a GCash transfer is sent by hand from the property's own account, so it takes a little longer.

The owner's discretion

The owner may approve a refund outside force majeure. It is a judgement about one particular situation, it is recorded with the reason for it, and it is not a policy you can plan around.
